My deepest condolences to Emma and all of Pats family on the recent death of Pat, who I got to know through the Balaclavas trad music group. Both Pat and I played the banjo, so we hit it off like a house on fire! It was always a joy to meet Pat with his lovely smile and gorgeous personality (and a hint of mischief behind it all!). We are thankful to have known Pat. We remember his visits to Portland, Oregon, where he would spend time with the Tees family. Sue would put on a big meal for family and friends. Pat would be telling jokes, playing music, and sharing his all around joie de vivre. He was such a lovely and vivacious man. We will miss him, but always think of him with that great big grin of his.

We are so deeply sorry to hear of Uncle Pat's passing. He was such a warm, genuine person, always ready for a laugh and a good chat. So full of life and adventure wherever he went. We will always remember his smile which instantly made everyone feel welcome. We are so grateful for the memories of the many long walks he would take us on whenever he would come to visit us in Australia. He had such a wonderful outlook on life. Our hearts go out to Aunty Mary and Suzanne, Louise, Georgina, Brian, Pat and Aidan during this sad time. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
