I remember Pat training me in to be a bus conductor in June 1984 in Clontarf. He was just a really decent person who made a real positive difference to those he came in contact with. I will remember him and pray for his soul. RIP

I’m so sorry to see this, the last link with the Howth tram of my childhood gone. I grew up on the Hill of Howth and went to school on the tram until I was 9. I have happy memories of those days, we knew all the tram drivers and conductors and they knew us. May Pat rest in peace, and my condolences to his family.
