Hi Miriam, very sorry for your loss. Your Dad had great compassion and was a wonderful example of a very committed Vincent de Paul member. He had a wonderful way of chatting to the people we met when we went visiting in Ballymun. He left people feeling better for him having visited them.

Dear, Miriam, Michael, Anne, John, Paddy, Jolie, Karen, Krista, Una, Owen and families.

We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved Dad, Pat, especially at this difficult time.
We have many fond memories of Uncle Pat. He chose his words wisely and had a wonderful quick wit. We were work neighbours for many years, Pat in Wiggins Teape and us in Mamselle, East Wall.

Our mother Marie loved having another Limerick person as an in-law and of course our parents, John and Marie were further connected to Pat, each devoting much of their free time to the work of St. Vincent De Paul.

It was Uncle Pat and Auntie Jacqueline’s kindness to Marie after John’s untimely death that we will always be grateful for. Weekly, they made the trip to Sutton, keeping her company. He was a wise, funny and compassionate soul. May he rest in Peace.
