Rip pat fond memories of playing soccer in the field across from the flats it was us against o Shea,s and noonan,s and you were always on there side , but always of side no referees , we always beat use , hands up , another gent from the park gone , along with the other people from the park , who have also left us

So many memories of my very dear friend Pat. We were inseparable during our teenage years playing football on the street, rehearsing our Beatles melodies with brush in hand and scratchy album playing in the background (Pat was always Lennon) and he was right, the Blue album was the best although I always argued Red ! Loved those cherished memories that never leave you. When I look back on my youth, Pat is there. Confident and with a swagger. Tanned good looks that made me, and likely many others, jealous although we never let him know that. Life moved on in our early twenties and we all lost touch over the years but you never forget those that were closest to you no matter how much time has gone by. Condolences to Mr. and Mrs. Sherlock, Helena, Margaret , Louise, Stephen, Mark, Ashling, Maggi and to all those that met him along the way. Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Pat, you were a star with Killala Rangers and an even bigger star with the many friends you played football with. The world is a darker place without you but your star will always shine brightly in the memories of the people who were lucky enough to know you. Rest in peace Pat.
