Life can be so unfair, not only did I loose my best friend and brother, I am now unable to attend Pat's funeral due to Covid. Thinking of Mary and Pats family and also the wider Todd family. Raise a glass to Pat my brother.

I have known Pat for what seems like forever, every music session there was he was there and often Pat and my self would be the last leaving pedar browns on a Saturday night and he would carry my mandola for me along with his own guitar up the hill to Christ church and we would have a last quick pint in the Lord Eadweard before the last bus home.he was a lovely man. My wife ,son and myself are deeply saddened by his loss.deepest sympathy to Mary and all his family and friends R.I.P

I sat beside Pat in the Ashbourne session every Thursday night for about 5 years. He was always kind, funny & encouraging. He was always very generous & gave me some lovely songs to learn. He had a powerful, commanding singing voice & an encyclopaedic memory for songs. I never heard him hesitate on the words of a song. He was a very talented, intelligent, witty character and a good friend to us all in the session. He had a wicked sense of humour & often had us in stitches with his wry comments, always bang on the nail. Pat will be a huge loss to us all and I will miss my friend & will always remember him in my singing. My sincere sympathy to all who loved him.
