A great friend during our ROCKWELL CATERING SCHOOL,CASHEL,CO TIPPERARY, in the late 60's.Had the PLEASURE of working with him in the Kitchen of the CASHEL PALACE HOTEL & we both played rugby together for CASHEL IN 69/70.
