I was so sorry to hear the news about Patsy . It was always a pleasure to meet this kind and courteous gentleman and I enjoyed our chats. Deepest sympathy to everyone who loved him especially Colm and Tracy whose friendship he treasured .

I was so saddened this morning to learn about Pasty. We enjoyed a few pints of Guinness together in the Railway Bar Drogheda. Great to meet a distance cousin on the Manning side from thr North Road.

The sad passing of Patsy brought back wonderful memories of our days in Kevin Flanangan's, when after Delvin's games and training we inevitably ended up in Kevin's, Patsy was one of the ever present regulars, and indeed continued to be to be in Barlow's, where he was well known for his banter and pleasant demeanour. Another link departed from the good times we all shared.
My sympathy is extended to his family.
