Dear Heather, Freddy and Steffie,

We are heartbroken to hear of Patrick’s passing. He was such a wonderful man, his warmth and positivity lifted everyone he met.

We will cherish every moment we shared with him, and will mourn all the moments that were never meant to be. The love he poured into his family, his friends, and his life will continue to live on in our hearts.

We are thinking of you all at this terribly difficult time and wishing you strength and comfort in the days ahead.

Patrick will be so sorely missed and forever remembered.
