So sorry to hear of the passing of Paddy. He and Kitty are like second parents even if from a distance. Remembering the times we spent together both when we were younger and as adults. Catching up with you and the family every year was a must. Paddys sense of humor is unparalleled and I could never tell the joke even a tenth as good as he could. Sending you lots of hugs to you Kitty and Susan and the rest of the family. He is now up there with some other wonderful people from my life having a drink and still telling his jokes. Paddy - he introduced a young Aussie girl to Irish coffees, bucket loads of Bailey’s, cheese sandwiches in a county castle, an appreciation of the Irish humour & storytelling for hours on end & just to nod & smile when you couldn’t understand what the Irish patrons where saying at the bar. I have so many fond memories of the times I have spent with your family over our lifetimes. Paddy and all of your family have always been considered part of our extended family. You opened up your home to me many times over the years, particularly when I was living in London. I feel blessed that I saw Paddy just a few years ago when we were in Ireland. Paddy was genuine, kind, loving and a true gentleman. He was also loads of fun and always up for a good laugh. Paddy will be missed by everyone who met him.

Kitty, you were both so lucky to have had the many years and the deep love you had for each other. Please accept my condolences for you all, and the extended family. It is difficult to express how deeply saddened I was to hear the news of his passing. May Paddy rest in peace.

I had the privilge of working with Paddy many years ago in Ardfinnan, Co Tipperary in Corbett's pub & I have beautiful memories of his amazing sense of humour & laughter that would light up your day.
He was the essence of being full of fun always.
A strong, resilient and fair man & always the gentleman.
Additionally he had a stunning singing voice and many a song was sang with friends of far & near gathered round, many who sat in awe at his many tunes.
He left wonderful & treasured moments that will live on forever in all our hearts.
May his gentle soul rest now & watch over you all always, until you meet again.
