My sincere condolences to Mr Walsh's family and friends. A highly regarded teacher with an unrivalled presence in the classroom. It wasn't until the senior years of school that I knew his name was Val, before that, he was always known as The Brick for his solid stature and nature. We all owe Mr Walsh a great debt of gratitude for his positive impact on generations of young men.
Rest in Peace.
