She always took the time to chat and enquire how things were. I was glad to have the opportunity to meet her again in recent years in St Senans. It was a pleasure to have known Pattie.

Our mother, Dolly Scanlan, Moore St., Kilrush,
moved to Carlow and married there.
She often went to visit Pattie and Austin on her return visits to Kilrush.
