Really sorry to learn of Paul’s passing, Paul was my very first supervisor in the Service in the CSO.Always fair and good personality , warmth, and occasional wit! Thoughts to his family who he often spoke of.

To all of Paul's family. I am so sorry to hear of Paul's death. I have great memories of working with him in CSO Printing and since then many great chats over lunch and walks in St Stephen's Green. He was a great friend to me. Condolences to you all.

I was so sad to hear the news of Pauls passing. I have some great memories of him working in CSO. He was a great character and it was always great to be in his company. He always had a positive attitude and was always willing to help his work colleagues. My sincere condolences to his Daughters and all the Kelly family.

Sincere condolences to Paul's family. I had the pleasure of working with Paul in St Stephens Green house which housed the CSO back in the early 70's. My undividing memory is that he lent me his honda 50 to do a motor cycle driving test as my own honda 50 wasn't road worthy. I passd the test and will always remember what a kind and wonderful person Paul was. I am devastated that he has passed away. May his gentle soul rest in Heaven.
