I knew Paul from from the Masters course in Trinity College. While I didn't know him well, my impression of him was that of a friendly, kind, sound and warm person. Hearing of his death has been a great shock. I am filled with sadness at the thought that I will never meet him again at conferences, workshops, or other psychology events. Best wishes to his family and close friends in their loss.
Just heard the awful news today, so sorry, thinking of you at this time.
Michael and Breege, our deepest sympathies on the tragic loss of your dear son Paul. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I played football with Paul most Saturday mornings for the last 10 years give or take. I knew him as one of the best amongst us as a person and a player, he was a really great guy. I find it hard to understand, please accept my deepest sympathies.
