Dear Sharon, words are just not enough to express how lovely a person Paul was, such a kind man, always with a smile and ready to offer help to all. I ate his delicious bread every time we were home, and even brought it back home with us to enjoy. I miss him already and I know it will be a loss all over again next time we are in Ireland and won’t get to see his smiling face. Paul has been one of those special humans on earth, the ones you hear stories of. A smile so contagious you'd barely believe pain ever touched his heart, a laugh you can hear if you just think about it for a moment, a soul that seemed to possess the purest of love and intention. All of this, despite what the world showed him, he chose light. A special human, like his mother before him.
I hope you've found her, I hope you've found Boe.

For someone who suffered such pain and internal strife, Paul was one of the warmest and welcoming people I have ever known. He was always ready to offer help to anyone who needed it and put others first before himself. He was a light in a dark room and the world will be a dimmer place without him. My thoughts go out to Sharon, the love of his life, to his family and to anyone who was lucky enough to know him. I love you buddy and I will miss you more than words can say.
