As difficult as the other day was, I wouldn't change a thing. The service for my dad was able to capture the remarkable beauty he is and the impact he has made and continue to make.
My deepest appreciation to all those who help make it as refined as it was and to those who spoke, family and friends, thank you for the delicate choice for words that will carry his impact forever forward.
I will find myself reliving this service for the rest of my life, and my daughter Olivia will be able to see first hand the angel Paul was on earth before his departure ... always in my mind forever in my heart (DTA 365 my buddy)

To all of Paul’s family I am very sad to hear of Paul’s passing. He was a neighbour of mine from Woodbank Drive and his mam was a great friend of my mam Kathleen who recently passed. Hope he gets the best bed in heaven and he is back now with his lovely mam Noleen . Rest in peace Paul .

For all of Paul's family especially Kaja, Alex, Stephen, Jonny, I am so shocked and saddened to hear of his sudden passing. Growing up on Woodbank Drive together, Paul was the coolest of us, laces tied around his ankles, the latest bikes, the blondest hair and full of fun. Staying out late on Friday evenings, swimming on Saturday mornings after Roger Ramjet and hours all playing together in the 'keyhole', long Summers playing Robin Hood, the A-team, rounders, squares, such a brilliant childhood. As we got older he introduced me to Prince's music and our trips away with the youth club were great craic. You're back with your lovely Mam now Paul, watch over your family together. May you rest in peace xxx
