I’m saddened by the news of Paul’s passing. I knew him for many years and regularly kept in touch. He was such a fun character, I will remember him as a truly special gentleman.

I was very sorry to hear of Paul's passing and my condolences to the Landy family. I have very found memories of Paul from our accounting student days, he was full of energy, fun and great enthusiasm. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

I worked a lot with, and learned a lot from Paul in my PwC era. Also shared the love for football and drinking a pint. I’m very sad to hear the news about his death. R.I.P. Paul!

Since the early days at Leiden University, Paul has been a great friend.
Once I moved to the Netherlands, he helped me loads and we shared many fun, deep and diverse conversations, which I deeply cherished.
Be it in front of a pint or in a park, I never had a dull moment around him and I admire the way he walked through life.


I will miss our walks and talks and, even more so, your laugher.
Thank you for everything, Paul.

Many's a pint we shared in Mulligans and O'Donnell's in Amsterdam. My Mum and Dad got to meet Paul in Amsterdam when they came to visit me and always spoke so highly of him. I was very saddened to hear of Paul's death. We were in the same class in secondary school right through; he was always one of the brightest students in the year and a really nice boy.
I have a great memory of Paul at a Quiz night one Sunday evening in Barefield Community Hall, a spring evening in 1981, however a few of us boarders managed to get there. Paul's team beat us, of course, in the General Knowledge and he and his girlfriend were adept at the ceili dancing afterwards. He knew all the steps. Rest in Peace, old friend.
