My deepest sympathy to Andrea, Hannah, Aaron and all Paul's family.
I was deeply shocked to learn of the sudden passing of my colleague and friend Paul.
I will miss his positive presence in the office where he was always smiling and good humoured and easy to approach.
The Trim office will not be the same without him and we all miss his presence greatly.

Id like to extend our deepest condolences to Kay and family during this extremely difficult time.

He helped me so so much, more than he could ever know. I will forever miss his straight talking, that massive smile and all those terrible jokes. A massive loss to all who knew him. Notwithstanding that we did know Paul personally, it is quite a shock to learn of the sudden and untimely passing of such a young man.

It is clear from the many messages of condolence herein that he was affable, personable and an extremely well-liked man. I note one comment stating how he was kind and ever helpful to a new colleague from her first day at work. That is not always a given in today's world.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Paul's sudden passing, we had worked together for a number of years in OPW in Trim while part of the NPS and now also together in the OGP.
Paul was a tremendous character with a hearty laugh when he heard something funny. He was always helpful to me through our time working together, providing knowledge and advice, and I will always appreciate that.

I remain shocked and saddened at his untimely death. Paul’s good humoured, friendly and welcoming persona will be sadly missed in OGP; particularly in the Trim office.

I'm deeply saddened to hear of the sudden passing of my good friend and colleague Paul Martin. I worked with Paul for the last 11 years, first in the NPS / OPW and then in the OGP. He welcomed me into the Civil Service from day one and we became close friends. He was naturally good natured and he was always laughing - as recently as last Tuesday we had a bit of crack on a video call. He spoke often and lovingly of Andrea, Hannah and Aaron. I am grateful to have known him and I will always remember him. Heartfelt condolences to Andrea, Hannah and Aaron and Pauls wider family at this very sad time. Love to you all, Howard and Paula.
