I was very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. A really great and interesting character. Paul was a gentleman through and through, treated every one the same and told you straight up how he seen it. Always willing to help his colleagues and friends. He is fondly remembered by his many friends and colleagues in Leitrim County Council . Always had time to chat and valued everyones opinion. I trust he is now reunited with his beloved Therese. Sleep in peace big man.
