I only just heard of the death of your brother Ray, my sincere condolences to you and all your family. I believe he was a member of Mount Pleasant which was how I found out and whilst he looked familiar I'm not sure if our paths crossed, but when I heard he was your brother I wanted to write to offer you my sympathy, I am very sad to hear of your loss, he was too young. We have just heard the very sad news about Paul's sudden passing and want to say how very sorry we are. Justin and I lived above the surgery in the late '90's as we started off in our careers and married life. Dr Mcauley and Dr Paul were so kind to us and we have such happy memories of our time in Dublin. Sincere sympathy to Paul's family who must be heartbroken, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I heard of Paul’s passing today and I have been absolutely devastated... Paul was my GP. He had been my doctor for so many years, as well as Dr Sarah.

Paul was with me throughout all my bad days and my good days and I haven’t stopped crying all day thinking that I will never walk back into that surgery and see Dr Paul there again.

I am truly heartbroken. I don’t ever imagine finding a doctor like him, ever again.

He was far too young to die, he had a million things left to do and see and more importantly he had too many people who loved and needed him in their lives to help them get through this sometimes cruel life.

My heart is broken. My GP who always minded me and was there for me, has been taken, far far too young.
