I was fortunate to work alongside Paul in 190 and Zoe's, both in London. My deepest condolences to Paul’s partner and all of Paul’s family and friends, he was taken from us far too early. I remember he was the most popular student when we were at college in Galway and with good reason as he was a true gentleman and a very kind soul and had a wonderful sense of humour. Also very fond memories of the summer of 1987 working at the Tower.

I have lots of happy and fond memories from the 1990s in London where we all used to hang out as 20 plus year olds- Paul was an amazing human being and so much fun and a kind gentle person.
