Dear Mags,
I was shocked to hear of Paul's sudden death last week. I remember very clearly the last time I was in Paul and yours company, at Lynn's 21st in Naas just before I left for Canada. A gentleman for sure.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was shocked to hear by text, while away in the UK, of the sad loss of Mr Mc Grattan, father of Aoife, who is one of my students. Please accept my condolences and be assured of my prayers and those of my friends. I will have my pal offer Holy Mass for you all.
Do not hesitate to call on me for anything I might be able to do for the family, especially in the weeks and months to come.

In the electrical industry there are people that influence your ability to carry out your job in a manner that makes you thank God that you know that person. Paul was one of these persons that I could always rely on to answer a query, give advice or just give you a smart dig for not knowing in the first place!
I've lost a dear friend and work mate and there are hundreds more just like me all over this country.
I'll miss him dearly.
Johnny.

Shocked and very sad to hear the news of Paul's untimely death. Over the years in the IFSC we came across him on numerous occasion's and he was always the gentleman. Great crack with the stories he told and it was always a delight to see him.
