Paul and I were classmates and friends as boarders for five years in St Flannan's College, Ennis back in the days. He was a quiet unassuming young man and a good friend. May he rest in peace and may you all be comforted and consoled by the fond memories that he leaves you.

Our sincere condolences to the O'Dwyer family on the sad loss of your beloved Dad. We had the pleasure of knowing Paul from the time he had the shop in Edenmore. Paul was a very good friend of our late father Terry Monahan, who was heavily involved with St Monica's GAA club.

Their love and passion of all things GAA meant we would often find our Dad in Paul's shop after he had been "missing" for hours, with the two of them deep in debate over some big GAA game. Good times.

A lovely man, may he rest in eternal peace.
