I didn’t personally know Paul but knew of him through his great friend Fr.Raymond Sweeney who told me often that Paul said he loved God and Fr.Ray would tell him back that God loved him too. I’m sure God welcomed Paul home into His presence and that he’s with all his loved ones now, at peace. May God comfort you all at this most difficult time.

Didn't know Paul, but the death of a young man is tragic. I'm struck by the gentle and kind look in his eyes;reading that he was with Simon confirms the goodness in his heart. Condolences to his son, family and friends.

So sad to hear of Paul's passing. I met Paul when i started with Galway Simon back in 2005. He was such a kind soul. He had his struggles but was always optimistic and kind to others. I remember he loved his art poetry and music. He had great Dublin wit and always made us laugh. He'll be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers to his parents family and to his friend Ann and son Dylan. Rest in peace Paul.
