I had the good fortune of working very closely with Paul on a few projects and always found his energy, enthusiasm and desire to achieve something to behold. He was a force of nature. His willingness to share his knowledge and impart wisdom made him a superb mentor.

I will always remember his advice on non work matters too especially around the importance of family and finding the time to enjoy life whether it be hiking, golfing or just taking a moment.

Pauline, Im so sorry for you incredible loss. I have so many fond memories of our Ireland visit and of the many hours I spent with Paul in the states. He was an incredible human being. A great and loyal husband, father and friend. Paul was a man of great principles and integrity. I admired his courage, tenacity, and positive attitude. I'm sure this is a very painful time for you and the boys. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. Paul will be missed my all.

Paul was my manager in one of my first jobs after university, and I often remember that job fondly due to him. I was extremely lucky to have the opportunity to work for such an energetic, passionate, intelligent, creative and enthusiastic man. He was a real "people person" who was interested in everyone he met, and his passion for learning was infectious!

I'm sorry I could not be at the funeral as I am travelling, but my thoughts are with all the Pardy family at this difficult time.

I’m going to miss the way Paul would bound over to you for a chat in the golf club car park , his infectious laugh and his passion for all things “Hermitage” particularly the golf inter club competitions.
He was the best Hermitage teams manager in living memory and won The Jimmy Bruen Leinster title in 2018 and Barton cup Leinster title in 2022. He was unlucky not to be an All Ireland winning manager in 2018 only losing the final with his Jimmy Bruen team on tie holes.
I am so saddened by his passing and I will miss him terribly.
