Paul made an immense contribution to Mary's through many different roles that he undertook culminating in his very successful presidency in 1994-1995 winning the Leinster Senior Cup. He will be missed by all in St. Mary's. May he rest in peace.

We’d fondly remember Paul’s many visits to our home in Leap and the generous hospitality extended to us in Carrigillihy, always accompanied by a warm smile and convivial disposition. Diarmuid particularly enjoyed his company and easy going nature.
Paul bore his illness with admirable dignity and stoicism.

To Adele and family, I first met Paul through business in 2005 and got to know him over the years from a professional and social perspective. He was a true gentleman, a good sport and I will always remember the support that he provided to me even though he was ill. so upsetting in these awful Covid times not to be able to join you all for Paul's funeral and to
celebrate his life but thanks to modern technology at least we felt we could be with you this morning, even if only virtually in Kilmacud Church.

I have happy memories of times spent with the Sheerans Maguires and us Graces in Loughshinny when we were all kids and then some years later in beautiful Crosshaven where I spent a few wonderful days in the Sheeran home with my cousin Mary. I have never forgotten those special times and the love warmth and welcome I received.

It is with great sorrow that I have just learned of Paul's passing, It was my pleasure and privilege to work with Paul and call him a friend in a number of roles with different organisations and always found him to be a person of great intellect, honesty and humour. Today we lay to rest our good friend and our former Finance Director Paul Sheeran. For many years Paul was a key member of our management team, he worked throughout five decades of his working life with Park.
