Paul would play Led Zeppelin while explaining the seasonal wild herbs that grew at our own front doors and how to properly filet a fish. He is forever associated in my mind with the smell of fresh coffee brewing … a Master Chef before it was in vogue he transformed making dinners into a cultural experience…along with European rock…my sincerest condolences to Rebecka and all the Taube family. He will be missed.
