I only heard of Paul’s passing. Still remember him calling to our house to collect Nicola, such a lovely guy. Deepest condolences to Nicola and the rest of his family. May his soul rest in peace.

Joanne, I followed Paul's funeral on-line on Thursday with great sadness and I have been praying for you and the family and for Paul himself since I heard of his death. May the Lord welcome him home and give him rest and peace and fill you and those he leaves behind with hope and consolation.

My sincere condolences to all Paul’s family. I knew him since primary school and remember well the many games of tennis I played with him over the course of a couple of summers. A truly decent guy gone too soon. May he rest in peace.

Very sad news of Paul's passing. I enjoyed meeting him for a pint in London. Conversation was always stimulating as he had a great knowledge of sport and current affairs, any plenty of entertaining anecdotes to tell.
