I had the pleasure of knowing Paul at TU Dublin for the past 5 years. He was a unique and gifted artist and person, full of humour and generosity for everyone, staff and other students. I have very fond memories of Paul and his artworks and I will remember how much he contributed to our community. My condolences to Pia, Tony and all his family and friends.

From the first days of college when Paul and I were paired as painting partners, I knew he would be an important character in my life.
In times of trouble, he would always swing around the corner with a solution, just the right equipment you were missing in hand. He would encourage me and everyone who was lucky to know him. Selfless, witty and so kind, Paul will forever be a person I will hold dear. My deepest sympathies to Pia and Tony, and also to family and friends

Paul was an inspiration, a kind soul and a friend to many. He always looked at life with a positive outlook. His attitude towards life was just ‘to do it’ and worry about it tomorrow.
