We were all so deeply shocked and saddened by Paula's untimely death. Such a beautiful young woman whom I remember growing up with my own children. I was so deeply saddened to hear the news about Paula's passing. I worked and trained with her in Westpark years ago and got to know her as a friend. Thinking of you at this difficult time. So sorry to hear about Paula. I worked with Paula in Westpark Fitness. She taught me so much as a fitness instructor. She was brilliant at her job that she loved so much. She came back to Westpark 4 years ago to teach a spinning class. She hadn’t changed a bit still full of energy. We had a great laugh that day.
