Our deepest sympathy to Pauline’s family on her passing. Very sorry to hear. We remember Pauline with fondness. She was just so kind to everyone and we appreciated it. May Pauline Rest in Eternal Peace. A St Brigid’s Family.
I never knew anyone who gave themselves away to others so wholly and completely, without pause or thought for self. We were all so fortunate to have you in our lives, Pauline. Heaven is the brighter for your presence, just as we are the dimmer for your absence.
Pauline, a beautiful caring, loving and fun lady. I remember getting a call from her a good few years ago, to tell me that my sons front tooth had broken with a bash of two kids running in the yard. Pauline told me that she had my sons tooth in a glass of milk and to start ringing local dentists. This is only one of my experiences of her as a parent of my child in St. Brigid's BNS. What a legacy you have left us all to remember in so many ways. I can't imagine the true loss felt by her husband John and her three beautiful boys, their wives and children. Her funeral today was heartbreaking as she was so so loved by everyone who crossed her path. I will pray that you will all remember the good times. That is definitely what she would have wanted.. Always happy when she knew everyone else was. Rest in peace Pauline 🕊
It is heart-breaking having to write this note, as we send our heartfelt condolences to both Pauline's immediate family and her extended family of teaching staff in St Brigid's BNS.
Pauline became known in our house as our boys "school mom". Our boys adored her.
Kindness personified.
We will miss her beaming welcoming smile. (And I will miss our little chats about holidays, kids, grandkids and everything in between.)

Thinking of you all.
Pauline - may you find your place of eternal peace.
You will be greatly missed.
To John, Ian, Gareth and Leigh, thinking of you all at this sad time. I have such lovely memories of Pauline growing up on the cul de sac and always remember her as so kind , sending you all lots of love xx
Deepest Sympathy to you John and your three lovely sons and families and all extended family and friends at this unbelievably sad time for you all, with your beautiful wife Pauline's passing, obviously a wonderful person, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and much more to so many people, you are in our thoughts and prayers ❤️
So very sorry that Pauline had so little time to herself and her family after giving so generously to the St Brigid's Boys' School family for many years. Pauline was the glue in the school over the 14 years that my family were there. She was much loved by parents and boys alike. Her family are in our thoughts. May she rest in peace.
Dear John and all your beautiful Family,
Sending you much love at this sad time. I remember years and years ago sharing the bed with Pauline when my beautiful mam (Joan)was in the hospital and Auntie Maureen took my sister Adrienne, myself, and my brother Colm to mind us( cause she didn't have enough of her own!!) anyway I was top and tail with Pauline (and a few others in the bed). I'm sure it was the last thing Pauline ( being a teenager)wanted but I always have such fond memories of that time so she never let on if she was upset or not. Many, many years later I still can see her beautiful smile, and remember how she shared great stories of her shananigans. Making us laugh.
I hope all your cherished memories of Lovely, Sweet Pauline will help you through this difficult time and in the years ahead. The Funeral was heartfelt and so very, very personal. What an amazing tribute to Pauline RIP.
I’m very sad to hear of Pauline’s passing. I will always remember her warmth and friendliness. It was a pleasure to have worked with her in St Brigid’s Schools- she was held in such high esteem by all. May she find peace and joy in the next life.

We are heartbroken for Pauline and for you all.
I had the pleasure of working with Pauline since she started in St. Brigid's. She was professional, discreet, full of integrity and so patient. She was also great fun, a confidante to so many and a great friend. She went above and beyond in everything she did for the boys, the parents and the staff.
She truly was the face of St. Brigid's, the heart of St.Brigid's and the backbone of St. Brigid's. Her presence will live on for many years to come.

John, my deepest sympathies to you and all of the family on your immeasurable loss. Pauline was a beautiful person inside and out and the most supportive colleague and wonderful friend to me over the years. She was the first person I met when I joined St Brigid's and she was the beating heart of our school. She met everyone with a smiling, friendly face and took great pride in her role. She cared deeply for the boys, staff and school community. My favourite part of every day was my chats with her before and after school. She spoke about her family, particularly her beloved grandchildren with such pride.
She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to have known and loved her. Rest in Peace Pauline 🙏 🕊

The Staff and Board of Management of St. Brigid’s Boys’ School are profoundly saddened by the passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Pauline.

Pauline was a cherished member of our school community, who served with kindness, warmth and dedication for over 20 years. As the first friendly face to greet both children and parents, Pauline was the heart of our school - ready to help, to listen, and to support everyone with grace, compassion and always with a smile. Pauline was loved and respected by her colleagues and the Board of Management and was the rock on whom we all relied.

Her loss is deeply felt by staff, students, families both past and present, and the wider school community. We will be forever grateful to Pauline for her immeasurable contribution to the life of our school, and for the indelible and lasting impact she had on the lives of so many.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Pauline’s family and to everyone who loved her. May Pauline’s gentle soul rest in peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all.
