Dear Barry, Kim and the extended family,

I am so sorry to hear of Pauline's passing. While I hadn't seen her in many years, I have very vivid memories of her, especially at this time of year. She was never skimpy when the Trick or Treaters showed up and was the first (fastest) of the Mammies to come running when anyone took a tumble playing out on 'the Ring'.

I remember her as a very kind and funny lady, and none of us had any doubt where Barry got his witty humour from. Pauline was very kind to me when I had my son at a young age. I'm tearful now, just thinking of how very sincere and gentle she was with me during a fraught and difficult time.

I wish I could take this sorrow from you all, as I know myself how hard the coming days will be. Please know that my prayers will be with you all, to help you through your season of grieving. There will be a sad parting here on this side, but remember that the reunion on the other side will be very joyful, especially between your beautiful Mam and your Dad.
