To Joanne , Pawels daughter and all his extended family, we wish to extend our sincere sympathy on the sad and untimely death of Pawel. A true gentleman. I had many a chat about bar b ques and cooking competitions of which Pawel was a true champion. Always had a kind word for me, in Marshalls, then Shelin meats and also outside of work he would recognise me and have a great chat. His homeland of Poland was very important to him, as was family.
His burgers during the Fleadh were truly amazing.
