As his beloved home club we were sorry to hear of Peadars passing and would like to extend our sincere sympathies to Peadars wife Maureen, children Marian, Caroline, Trish, Emer, Lorraine and Eoghan and extended family.

In a long and distinguished career Peadar played centre back, Midfield and filled every position in attack for our club.
He captained the successful Minor team of 1950 and over the course of his Senior career played in 6 County Senior Football finals 1951,1953,1956,1957,1959 and the 1960 replay.
He won 2 Clare Senior Championships in 1953 &1959 and 2 Cusack Cups for Miltown.
He played County Minor and gave great service to the Clare Senior side in a distinguished intercounty career.
In 1984 Peader was chosen on the Clare Centenary Football Team.

His status as one of our greatest players will live on in our club forever.
