So sorry to hear of the passing of one of Tubbercurry’s greatest inhabitants. I have known Pearse all my life and you couldn’t meet a kinder or more genuine man. He was small but he was a powerhouse and loved by all who knew him. I remember as a young lad Pearse and Ann living beside the old boy’s school down the lane and him playing soccer in the back field with the likes of Paddy Henry RIP and Stevie Wimsey. A trio of local heroes of the back field. Huge condolences to Pearse’s sons, daughters , wider family and friends . A huge loss to Tubbercurry and an integral oart of the community lost forever. Rest in peace barber , you will never be forgotten x
