1. We, Peggy’s family, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who offered their condolences and support following the loss of a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and good friend. We are deeply grateful to our aunts and uncles, relatives, neighbours, and friends for all the support provided to us during this very difficult time. A huge thank you to those who brought food and refreshments in abundance to our home. To Peggy’s former colleagues at Talbot Grove, and to all who visited our house, attended the removal or funeral, travelled long distances, sent cards or messages of sympathy, or offered help and comforting words in any way, your kindness has meant so much to us. Your thoughtfulness and compassion will always be remembered and truly appreciated. We would like to sincerely thank the emergency services and the staff of University Hospital Kerry for the care and compassion shown to Peggy and our family. To Bernard and Anne-Marie at Tangney’s Funeral Home, we are especially grateful for your guidance, professionalism, and support throughout. Our thanks also go to the gravediggers who prepared Peggy’s final resting place with such great care and attention. A special word of thanks to Fr. Mossie Brick for a heartfelt celebration of Peggy’s life and the Holy Mass. We also extend our appreciation to Katelyn Davies for the beautiful singing and thoughtful selection of music, and to Hannie for the handcrafted floral arrangements.
