I only recently learned that Bill Phelan was Peggy's brother and so I send my special wishes to Bill. You spent many happy hours with my late husband Denis on the golf course. Peggy will be most fondly remembered, and missed, by all the ladies who play bridge in Milltown on Wed afternoon . May Peggy rest in peace.
