Hi I'm sending my condolences especially to you Roisin.Im upset about the death of Peggy. It's because of your love + care that she lived this long.I remember us going to school+Peggy driving.++++ Other thing. What sticks I'm my mind most is singing in the church choir.+ Her been friends with Una Mc Laughlin.+ of course James. I am so sad that Auntie Peggy has passed. My most treasured childhood memories are of spending holidays with Peggy, James and Roisin in the old farmhouse in Corrigeenroe. I can still taste her homemade brown bread and feel her strong armed welcome in the lap of her apron . Peggy represented those important human values of kindness, authenticity, goodness, decency, forbearance and dignity always imbued with a sense of humour and perspective. Roisin was truly blessed to have her as her Guardian and for the rest of us as our Auntie. Bridget xxx
