Absolutely devastated to hear of Peigis passing. Many happy years and fond memories at Quilters yard with Peigi. She always had time for everyone and was loved by all. Her legacy will live on forever. Condolences to all the Quilter family.

Absolutely heartbroken to hear so late that your beautiful Péigí had left this world. Our deepest condolences to you John, and Maurice, and Péigí's daughters and extended family. She was the most beautiful person, kind, loving , caring, always welcoming with her amazing smile and so interested always in our children and what they were up to. She was a beautiful person inside and out and the world is less without her. We remember her with love and prayers. Rest in peace Péigí. Until we meet again. X

Pégí was such a huge part of our lives long long ago, she was our one and only Babysitter, and what fun Siobhán and I had with her. She always held a very special place in our hearts. I hope you all can take some consolation in knowing how much she was truly loved. She was an amazing lady, there will never again be the likes of Peigí Browne……

Peigi always seemed to have so much time for everyone. She never missed a chance to talk to you and she so obviously genuinely cared and wished the best for you. I am a lucky nephew to have had Peigi as an aunt. She was a beautiful person and improved the world every day she was here. We should all aspire to her great example.

Very principled, patriotic and especially on the very few occasions I was honoured to come across her, helping out Sinead with advice for Art College in 1995, first time meeting Peigi, she was an absolute lady of the highest rank.
