While Percy was not actually a member of TDC, he was very supportive of our events, particularly Sporting Trials. He competed and was willing to help, both in an advisory capacity and "on the ground". He was friendly and always seemed to be in a good mood. He was somebody whose company you sought. Dear Lynn, Caroline, John, Stuart and all the Pennefather family,
I am so shocked and very sad to learn of Percy’s passing. Percy was not only a good friend to my parents but he was also my “pal” who gave the best hugs. He has been part of my life for all of my life and I will really miss him. It’s the end of an era.. but he has left me with the nicest memories and we had some great laughs thanks to his fantastic sense of humour.
Percy seemed to be eternally young and got the very best out of life and I hope in time this will bring you all some comfort.
I am thinking of you all.

Lots of love …and a big hug,
Dear Lynn and Children/Family.
I wish to extend my sympathy to you all, upon the recent death of my old buddy, Percy.
Also to you David, my sympathy.
From Dave and Geraldine Baxter, (Bagsie), Galway.
