Thinking of you all at this very sad time. Perry had a long, healthy and happy life despite the trauma of loosing three family members before their time.
In over 60 years there are far too many memories to recall, but my favourite is his claim to great agility, especially vaulting over many 5-bar gates.
I am so pleased I saw him in May. He still had his sense of humour and laughed as he repeated many of his stories.

I write this with a heavy heart but know you will all be pulling together in strength and love. I always enjoyed it when the Kingstons came to Hacketstown to spend time with us as children. Upon leaving Perry would rev the car and speed off down the lane. Of course we thought he was the coolest Uncle ever!
His humour and zest for life was infectious. His laugh so memorable and stories were always funny and entertaining as he loved to act out situations.

It was with great sadness that we heard of the passing of Percy today. The Kingston family were great when they lived here in the parish. It was very sad with the passing of Hilda, Niall and Raymond over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with Eleanor, Anna and the entire family.
