I remember him so well growing up in limewood avenue. Such a nice guy .May he rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to Peters family. We spoke just the once, but I will always remember it. I had broken my ankle and was hopping along up the main street on crutches and had stopped for a rest, he was passing me and he asked me if I needed any help. He offered to help me even though he had a crutch himself, May he Rest in Peace.

I didn't know Peter personally, but he was a central character in Youghal and we saw him almost every time we went into the town. He seemed a nice soul, with a great love of animals and was often seen walking along with his dog. He will be missed from the Town.. it's amazing how people can make a mark on the world without even meaning to.

Peter was kind and a gentleman. He’d often hand in some treats to our work and would quite literally give you the shirt off of his back. I once remarked on some new gloves he had and without skipping a beat, offered to get me a pair. It’s not too often you come across someone like Peter and there’s no doubt he’ll be missed here in Youghal.
