We are so very sorry to hear of Peter’s passing and are keeping the Dempsey family in our thoughts. Peter was our Dad’s (Aodhan's) childhood friend and such a memorable character, always bringing energy and laughter whenever he was around. We’ll never forget waiting for the annual golf trip WhatsApp updates, hoping Dad and Thomas had taken the win over Mick and Peter to claim the coveted trophy. And of course, so much else that we’ll never forget. Peter had a gift for storytelling, was never without a joke, and his company was always a joy. He will be remembered with great affection and deeply missed.

Ah Brid we have only just learned of your devastating loss of Peter.We are so sorry we did not know.wishing you and your children sincere sympathy.We have wonderful fun memories (and images!) of Peter as Saint Patrick in the inagural Wheelbarrow race in Thomastown, supporting the community he was such a large part of.
