Mary and all the Dunne family. I met Peter through my brother Pat ,who served in the Naval Service with Peter .I know they held each other in great regard. Pat would have loved to be at the Mass, but he is confined to bed these days. Sincere sympathy.

I served with Peter at Naval HQ, Parkgate St, and he was always friendly, polite, so knowledgeable, and above all a fine naval officer who attended to all his duties with great diligence whilst always displaying a wry and affable manner. When he retired I was given the privilege of taking over his final posting/appointment and I recall with great fondness and humour the handover which ensued! May Peter rest in peace.
