Saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Peter so soon after his brother Tom.Peter was a lovely neighbour who had a keen interest in sport especially his native Kildare.Peter loved shooting and walked the fields with his friends in pursuit of a shot.He was a great storyteller and loved to reminisce on times and characters of the past.He was a regular mass goer and had his favourite spot with the " backbenchers " He will be missed but never forgotten.Deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Sincere sympathy to all the Lynch family, extended family and friends.I knew Peter well for many years.We drank in Top Nolans .His red vw beatle parked outside.He had a great laugh.playing cards was always a lively affair! Both he and Tom played for Ellistown. Peter played full forward and goalkeepers all got to know Peter well!!He was a great character we all will miss him.May Peter rest in peace.

We want to express our shock, sorrow and condolences to the Lynch family. Peter has found eternal rest.

I’m so very sorry to see this . I only met Peter a short time ago when he came to buy a wreath for his brother . We had a lovely chat about his family and about his life . When he was finished I walked to his car with him and helped him get back in and he thanked me for being so kind to him and before he drove off he said “ your not so bad for being a Dub “ we both laughed and went back to our day . What a lovely gentleman
