I'll be forever grateful to have known him, he really was such a good soul, with a very big heart and lot's of fun to be had in his company. I met Pete many years ago when I first arrived in Australia. He and Diane were the kindest couple I had ever met. Pete was so much fun and had an incredible zest for life. Always having a laugh, so welcoming, loved and adored by everyone. I can’t believe he is no longer with us. Although I no longer live in Sydney that kindness I experienced from him (and Diane) at a time in my life when I had no friends, very young and vulnerable will stay with me forever.
There are not many like Pete. He is one of life’s angels and loved by everyone that was lucky enough to cross his path.

My name is Justine. I met Peter at a 30 th bday party about 17 years ago in Sydney, Australia. Ever since we hit it off. We've been the best of friends....my heart breaks. I miss him so much!

It's heartbreaking no farewell words were spoken, we never got to say goodbye... I have lost an amazing friend I could always count on to be there, to give me hugs & support me through hard times.. make me laugh while tears were streaming and him laughing, reminding me, he was one of the few people who could do that. Pete was Always there to make the good times so much fun & even better than they could have been! Its way to soon to end memories that could still be made now.
I can't imagine life without you Pete...
From what a colourful life we shared over nearly 20 years is now grey and a piece of me is missing.. I'll always love you and never forget you. I'll honour you until I see you again in that better place you are now safe & happy...

Pete… what do I even say… we had a love hate relationship to put it simply!
We are both stubborn and opinionated and thats why we butted heads so much… but we also loved to have fun and laugh which we did on so many occasions… I even helped to cook your turkey at Christmas when I am a vegan and helped you spill the peas all over the floor… whilst yelling at you to Get To Bed because you had been up all night lol! There are so many memories I will cherish over the last 10+ years! You will also be glad to know I gave Diane a crate of that wine we drank the last time I saw you! I hope you are at peace Mr Mills… I have got Diane.. you rest now xx
