I only learnt of Peter's passing this morning on the John Bowman show. He was lovely man, a great radio producer. I looked forward to catching up with him every Christmas Eve at the Joe Duffy show. He will be sadly missed by many people. My sincerest condolences to his family. May he rest in peace
Having just heard of Peter's untimely death on John Bowman's programme earlier today I wish to express my sympathies to Mona and all the family. Such a lovely, gentle , generous man and a great broadcaster. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. May he rest in peace.
I was very sorry to hear of Peter's untimely death. I remember when I was a trainee radio producer with Peter a long time ago. He wrote a very beautiful piece about mowing the lawm and the "striped grass". It was lovely.

Deepest condolences to Mona and the family. I knew Peter through his long friendship with my brother, Colum and as a work colleague of mine in RTE. More recently, as a valued FB friend whose posts I 'd look forward to every day for his wit and wisdom. He will be greatly missed. RIP.
