Peter MURPHY

I am only a blow-in to Crumlin but just wanted to say that Peter's death came as a shock to our community and it is clear that he had a hugely positive influence in our local area. The poem at the end of the funeral was beautiful. Not everyone leaves this world having words like that written about them.

May Peter's legacy of decency and kindness live on.

And may he rest in eternal peace.

My condolences to all of Peter's family. Peter was an absolute gentleman. He used to deliver coal to our house years ago and over the past few years he cut our grass. He was a lovely, honest hard working guy. I'l miss him. Rest in peace, Peter.
