Sincere condolences to Jackie and all of your O'Reilly siblings on the sad loss of your father at the wonderful age of nearly 102 years. Peter was a kind gentleman of the highest order and a mam with a wonderful community spirit. I am proud to say I still have his type written instructions on how to prepare and sow a lawn, plant flowers and choose shrubs for the many amateur gardeners in our new households in Naas way back in the 1960s. He contributed to the development of the now very successful Naas Tidy Towns Group, was a very acceptable and trustworthy judge of the gardens competitions and gave unstinting advice to the TT Team on how to compete at National level. The relaxed dispensing of his knowledge
ensured the success of his followers. We owed him a lot. May he Rest in Peace.
