Very sad to hear of Paul's passing. Happy memories of Paul in his racing days in the 60's. He competed at most national and club events, and also in 6 lightweight TT's on his Bultaco. Met up with him at recent revival meetings at Dunboyne - always keen to reminisce on the "good old days". A true gentleman who will be missed by all who knew him ! Condolences to all the family.

He was a true gentleman, very helpful to all and maintained the highest standards at all times. He regaled us with many the tale of his motorcycling exploits and was proud to show off his MGA when weather allowed him to bring it down the country. He will be remembered fondly. RIP

My sincere condolences to the family. I worked under Paul's leadership of the Instrument Shop in Aer Lingus may years ago and remember him as a gentleman..
I saw Paul racing his 250 c.c. Bultaco in the 1960s at Dunboyne and Skerries. I got to know him in later years, and spent an enjoyable afternoon with him several years ago reminiscing about the great days of Irish motorcycle road racing. He was a brilliant rider and a true gentleman.
