I was lucky enough to sail with Pax on my first trip to sea on the SS Irish Poplar. At the end of that trip when the ship was sold to inexperienced Greeks his quick reaction avoided a possible major disaster.
A Great engineer and a truly nice guy. It was my privilege to have known him.
